To put a 15 year old up against law-breaking adults... the man who did that would be jailed for reckless endangerment..

Tim, I think the chief would have lost his job. Plus this kid looks like he is a little "gangsta" in his myspace pictures, I wouldn't put him on the street with me or my fellow officers.
