Dissing a Higher ranking officer
Okay I have a problem. There is an EXPLORER UNIT that is giving me trouble & I've already written him up twice.
He continues to say stuff to me like, "Your not a CRIME STOPPER, your a CRIME STARTER!" "If you're DISPATCH what do you do?"
What do I do? Do I write him up or do I just drop it and ignore him.

I am confused are you dispatch or an officer. If you are an officer, talk to the explorer Chief/Captain, and the explorer adviser. They will do what is necessary.
How old is this kid? To old to know better, yet to young to act on that knowledge?

To bad those are not admissable in court!!!!!! You have to be processed at the station, but the might just be in Wisconsin, but I don't think it is. and at 1.0 he would more than likely be dead!!!! So I don't believe what you are saying for a minute. If the PBT (preliminary breath test) is what you are refering to, they would have had to take him to the station or at a 1.00 more than likely a hospital for blood screening. So I wouldn't be so sure, how do you know thats why he got fired? Did he tell you that? Because command staff should not be telling you what he did to get fired!!!!!

That is what I was thinking the most I have ever heard of was a .456 BAC, and that guy was close to dying so, this guy.......if in fact he had a 1.00 BAC would be dead!
