Ive been an explorer for a year in a small town, I have to act as a back up unit when anything happens, It usually goes over pretty well.

What do you mean a "backup" unit? I wouldn't want anyone but Police officers having my back if **** hit the fan, or do you mean events, natural disasters....etc.
