Crack down - Law Enforcement Forum - Local and International Law Enforcement Community

I have just started to crack down on my post for stupid things they have done. I was trying to be nicer in past months (5-7) but the post has gone down hill since then. People are not listening to me or the other adviser. So I have decided to crack down, I am no longer tolerating ANY "GOOFING" off. We have gotten to the point where they can't even do the basic radio communications/ contact. I am going to start being the "mean" adviser and hopefully whip these guys into shape.

Sorry just had to rant a little!!!!

Hhhmmm, sounds like there's no one there who is requiring everyone to maintain a semi-military bearing. Like, get there on time, start on time, no talking, sit when told, stand when told, etc. Go get em' HT!!!
