Ok....so....where do I start?.......HotTamale and I are Assistant Chiefs for our local explorer post in WI. We have both been there for many years and have held many officer position in the post as well.....I have been a sergeant, a leutenant, and i am currnetly one of the Assistant chiefs.

Our post has been around for over 15 years and HotTamale and I started about 5 years ago. In the time that we have been there we have had our ups and downs. We have privledge to bring home many local competition trophies and one national competition trophy. It has been a great experience and i hope to continue on until my time is up in which i late hope to become an advisor or the same post.

There are many things that we need to improve on and i hope that one day we can pick up parade drilling again.

Any advise that others can give us that may help improve our post let me or HT know we would really appreciate it.
