I think that some of the inginuity that went into the ship should have been put into the city of New Orleans itself. Sure t he shipped survived a CAT 5 but did the city really survive?

That is funny, but sadly I have to agree with you. If they had a spent a little more time working on their city it might had been okay. It is no ones fault but their own.
