The Pentagon's decision to consider cutting the pay of 500 Massachusetts National Guardsmen serving in Kosovo has prompted the state's congressional delegation to send a letter to Defense Secretary Robert Gates opposing the proposal.

Between the hospitals for our military and cutting their pay we might as well hang a big banner that says you can die for us and we wont care, you can accomplish our goals and we still wont care about you either. It is no wander recruiting is getting slower.
