I'm a mess!!
A few days ago, hot and perspiring I worked for several hours in ninety plus temps pulling vines that were growing all over my azaleas and choking them out. The next morning my arms were covered with an itching rash.
Much to my dismay I learned that these weren't just any old vines, they were poison oak and poison sumac vines.

I have dealt with that kind of problem quite a bit in the past. Even when I played paintball competitively, I still hit the woods now and again.. Lots and lots of steroid cream

Also DO NOT USE BAR SOAP TO SHOWER WITH!!!
The oils get on the soap and then spread ALL over your body.
And I do mean ALL over. Trust me. I have been there.

Spoken indeed like an experienced ivy victim I also sympathize.
By the way, my physician informed me of a very grim reality...
due to the way that poison ivy functions, every time you get poison ivy, your susceptibility increases.

Thats too bad.I am not allergic to it myself,but know it can be a PAIN.Try an oil called Africas Best Herbal OIL..If that does not heal your skin,not much will.
