So I was the second in charge of the minimum facility today. I was in the control room and we were all clowning around as officers do. Some how the song "I touch myself" by the Divinyls came up.

The control operator, a female, started dancing and singing the song. She got to the chorus and was dancing around when an inmate entered and saw and heard her through the glass. Her back was to the glass and the inmate just looked at her like she was weird.

She turned around doing a little turn when she got to the part "When I think about you I touch myself." Then she saw the inmate. She immediately turned toward me and said, Why didn't you tell me he was there.

I told her this. I wanted to but it is like a train wreck. You want to turn away but you just can't stop watching.

Everyone in control was laughing at this point. She looked at me and promised to get me. She didn't know how and she didn't know when but she would get me. I was laughing too hard to argue however.
