Okay, got this email, It simply screams SCAM!!!! You know, one of those info gathering scams........
UNITED NATIONS HEAD QUARTERS NEW YORK CITY
ADDRESS: 760 UNITED NATIONS PLAZA,NEW YORK CITY
OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY GENERAL UNITED NATION
FROM: PETERSON OWEN PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO MR.BAN KI-MOON
OFFICIAL TELEPHONE NUMBER: 646 291 8935.
APPROVED FUNDS.OF $14.6M USA
RE: REALISTIC SUCCESS ON THE RELEASE OF $14.6M
It has come to our Notice that you have not received your long over due payment of $14.6m due to some delays from the fake officers who were assigned to Pay your funds into your bank account, but refuses to pay you due to their bad mind to divert your funds.
The United Nations are to see that your funds are being transferred to your account in your country via Barclays Bank in New York. The United Nations has advised that since the year is starting new and the United Nations. Has advised that all payments be made via Bank Transfer only.

Wow, the English is bad, eh??
My question is what do they do if someone sends the info? Identity theft? Rob your account?
Should this be reported and to whom??

All that information is used by terrorists. And everyone around the States have most likely gotten something like this. Nobody should ever give out ANY information about themselves. All parents should even teach their kids NOT give out information over the phone. When my kids were OF AGE and stayed home I told them to tell people that I was doing dishes or in the shower and told them they would have to call back later. I had a friend who just recently went through this. Her 10 year old answered the phone and whoever it was kept asking the kid questions. (The mother was feeding the baby) The person eventually started asking her questions like "what are you wearing?" Amazing what some people do over the phone or internet to other people (especially children).

Wow! I guess there are some people out there stupid enough to fall for that stuff. . .
Anyone who wants info for new identies will be buying it from these people. Here, a narco was caught with two shoe boxes full of American passports, drivers' licenses and credit cards. They can be anyone they want to be from any state they want to be from. All thanks to people like these Indian or South African idiots.
