I have been behind/around lots of horrible drivers. When I do see who they are,it is either, way too old to be driving.intoxicated..or on the damn phone..Some people really cannot drive, let alone give them a phone to yack on.Every single time I go out, some idiot is crossing into my lane...mostly on back roads.Rant rant...With all the more people on the road, and so many more to come,it just looks tragic to me.You can be the safest person out there, but still get blind sided by a life taking idiot.

I could never understand how people end up hitting cruisers or other cars parked on the side of the road. I'm glad our state doesnt allow the use of cell phones while driving.

Holy, yes it does, there is no law in Wisconsin saying you can't talk on cell phone while driving. They have inatentive driving that MIGHT cover it, but the way the statute is worded might not apply to ALL cases!

Traffic violations and distracted driving are my pet peeves. I used to be a truck driver and I've seen my fair share of questionable drivers. Personally, I don't think its specifically cell phones that are the problem (But, I agree they are part of the problem.). I think it's the ''I don't give a $#@!'' attitude that every other driver seems to have, that would actually the root of the problem (ie: lack of signals, excessive speed, tailgating). In my opinion there needs to be better training as well as stiffer laws and enforcement in place.
