This particular video was posted by the police, looking for tips and info as to whom the shooter is.
You are right though, HT, many criminals are dumb enough to post illegal activities on video hosting sites!! |

The narcos inform on each other through youtube. And show who commited what crime. But, unfortunately, LE here doesn't have the technology to monitor the site and pick up on this stuff. DEA and FBI do keep tabs on what's happening, though.
