Any chance you can hold it for like 2 weeks??? LOL. I have spent this entire paycheck and would like to have something like this for my patrol bag, because we have 2 spanish-only speaking families where I patrol, and they have regular contact with us.

If it doesn't sell on ebay, its all yours.

I can count to 10 in Spanish!!

Yeah well I can count to 30. But, that is only because I was a daycare teacher for 2 years and we had the kids do the days of the month in both english and spanish!

Ditto, but I can say quite a bit more in Polish, since I am 100% Polish..

The Border Patrol Academy taught me Spanish in 4 months, and paid me to do it. The academy isn't as bad as the hype either. Of course I went to Charleston SC, beautiful city. The academy is now in Artesia NM, and that in itself is probably enough to drive many people off. Seriously though, being able to communicate in Spanish, whether you studied a handbook or took a couple classes at the Community College is valuable. It just might save your life.

You can learn Spanish from a book and you'll get good grammar. But you should also hang around young Spanish speaking kids to pick up the street language. It can be quite a bit different from what you learn in the book. Like, giving directions; "Mas payaso, guey!"
