Please help me find an issue of the FBI Law Enforcement bulletin. I just found out that my father was in on of the issues. It would have been after April 1996. Im just not sure which year or month. If you have any old issues please contact me or post a reply I will pay top dollar for the issue im looking for. My fathers name is James Paulette he was featured on the inside of the back cover reference to a shooting that he was involved in in april of 1996 that occured in Claremont NH.
