Hello all. I am currently a senior at the University of Illinois @ Springfield in as you can tell, the Criminal Justice Program. Sadly I cannot become a police officer because of an injury received in Afghanistan in 2002. But I am hoping to get into some type of Probation or Parole position once I graduate in December.

One of the reasons for coming to this forum however is to ask a serious question, looking for a serious answer only.

As part of my core electives, I am taking an art class this summer. My choice for my final project is entitled " The Birth, Death, and Resurrection of the African American LAPD officer."
The piece would be a child's police badge with a pic of a child playing policeman, and then a broken shield with something like the Rodney King pic and then another shield with an adult officer with a police shield mended.

I have tried yahoo, google and other imadge search engines. However I can not find any pics of officers, or even black males playing "Cops and Robbers" Does anyone have any idea what or where I could look for such pics?
