But to be fair, most Meditteranean resorts are topless on the beaches too. (And not just the men)

Hi SaraJ, The beach of Copa is very big...some portion is pretty liberal, depends where you go, but is not llegal to walk around with the tops off of a bathingsuit. I think the guy were just lucky to be on the right place at the right time.heheheh. poor wife!
