Should C/o's Be Protected Under Hr218?
I want to hear from everyone on this: SHOULD C/O'S BE PROTECTED UNDER HR218? Yes or No. I think we should, think about it. Your a C/O and out in the free world. You go into a store and wham, run into an ex-con that was trouble inside. He has threatened you on several occasions, you pay and leave the store. You go outside, he follows. He pulls a gun from under his shirt. Now what, if you are protected under HR218, you would be carrying and be able to protect yourself, if you aint protected, you aint carrying. he has the advantage and you are unprotected.

I say Yes, but they must qualify at the same level as a Police Officer! Otherwise I don't see a problem with it.
