Radar Signs with Speed Cameras in Riverside, CA

Hey Everyone,

I just had a question about Radar Signs in Riverside. My first question is 'How do you know whether a radar sign is just checking speed compared to if it is a speed camera as well?' My second question is to a Riverside Police Officer if they read this or anyone who happens to know? I was wondering if the Radar Sign on " 'Country Club Drive' and Central in Riverside, CA is a speed camera or not, not the Radar Sign coming down the hill but the one on Country Club in the Residential Neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 MPH? Any input is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks Again
