Thanks guys!! There are some patrol cars in a small town north of us that have, like, strobe lights on the rear quarter panel at the height of the tail lights. I was confused. Now I know!!

It is kinda hard to understand sometimes, I mean, when you can't speak to the person. Like should it be "astupidcivi . . . question" or should it be " a stupid. . .civiquestion" the first indicates the person is stupid, the second indicates the question is stupid.
