Hey everyone today i received a letter from the port authority of new york and new jersey telling me that i passed the background investigation phase!!!!!!

Next part is the Psych exam, anyone has any tips or experience with this part?
its in a week and i am a little nervous about it...........thanks

As far as the psych exam, we had to take a test and there were stupid questions like, I want to be a florist. Or I like flowers. It was all true / false.

alright update guys to see if anyone please can give me any advice, i took my written psyche which wasnt that bad yesterday now next tuesday i have my last two steps of the process bef the academy a little anxious and nervous to say the least. The remaining steps are the medical and oral psyche interview, the medical is easy obviously but im nervous about the oral psyche has anyone had any experience with this step in the law enforcement process? I would greatly appreciate the advice guys, i really want to be a police officer and my success in the last step will insure my acceptance into the academy....thanks

I think that is GREAT what you have accomplished already!!! Just keep with the positive attitude and and BELIEVE in yourself! You can do it!

hey everyone just a quick update i took the medical today plus the oral psyche everything went well i dont have any other appointments or have to come back for a second psyche interview like other candidates that were there. Now all i have to do is wait for dhl to tell me if im in or not.
