I remember when he did that! Talk about a great day! I brought a copy into class (I was getting my Criminal Justice degree) and also gave a copy to my husband to take into work. I had about 5 people in class that were officers and they also took it in to their jobs. Also, corrections, as told to me, is considered a FORM of Law Enforcement but depending on your state they could allow or disallow you to carry off duty. At the time I was at Max. Juvenile Corrections Facility and my husband was with our local Sheriff Office. He could carry but I wasn't allowed to. Our govenor, who is a "democrap" (as my kids call it), had put someone in charge of state corrections department she WANTED so our state only allows "Peace Officers" to carry. She says that "guns are bad" and civilians shouldn't be able to have them.
