Belt or Paddle for your OWB holster

I have a Comp-Tac CTAC holser and really like it. I've decided to get one of their OWB holsters also and I'm leaning towards a paddle version.

Which do you prefer, belt or paddle?

Anyone have the Comp-Tac with switchable attachmnents, belt and paddle? It says it sits higher than their non-switchable versions. I'm not sure if that would be good or bad.
