Tulare County Probation-Hiring Process

I know this forum is mostly for police officers rather then peace officers, but I'm hoping someone can still help. Does anyone know if this county requires Probation Correctional Officer and Probation Officer applicants to take a polygraph or a voice stress test, and what is the written test like? I'm asking this question not because I'm trying to avoid these tests. I just want to know what I will be up against should I apply for a Probation Officer position in this county. I've heard so many negative things about the CVSA test and polygraph tests that law enforcement agencies are using these days that it's beginning to worry me. I'm not a good test taker at all either and I have been told by my school that I have test anxiety, and that I need special testing accommodations. Will this disability affect me in the hiring process and if so, do they accommodate people with test anxiety?

Also I know what the selection process consists of with regards to the state requirements, but I've also heard that local law enforcement agencies can administer their own tests too. Does anyone out there know what other tests the Tulare County Probation Department uses?

Thank you!!!!
