It is important to do the investigations and be able to keep the information confidential. In todays world it seems like no one knows what the word confidential means.

Confidentiality is a thing of the past I believe. I remember hearing a story on the news where that the government lost a computer with a lot of social security numbers on it. Those were susposed to be confidential but they ended up in the hands of people who had no business having them.
