![CDATA[Details of Abduction:

WASHINGTON - A Maryland Amber Alert has been issued for a 2-year-old boy. Jimmy Valderama is described as a Hispanic child, who weighs about 25 pounds and has a scar on his right arm.

Maryland State Police believe he was abducted by Andres J. Martinez, a 28-year-old Hispanic man who's operating a red 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse with Maryland tags 8BF-Z04.

The child was last seen on Pear Tree Lane in Silver Spring about 4:30 a.m.
Police say the child may be wearing beige pants and a grey jacket. Martinez is described as being 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds. He may be wearing a black shirt with a Superman logo.
