Jose Angel Fitzpatrick is described as Hispanic, about 80 pounds and four feet tall. He has brown eyes and brown hair. Police say Jose has a poison ivy rash around his eyes. Officers believe Jose could be with 39-year-old Kenneth Fitzpatrick.
